Seminars: Friday: Rainbows- The Importance of Resourcing. (2 hours CPD)

Saturday: Prevention of Vicarious Trauma, Compassion Fatigue and Burnout (5 hours CPD) - This one day workshop is ideally suited for those working in therapeutic, front line, emergency/first response, trauma, health, pastoral and social care services.

Patricia Bourke D’Sousa, an accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MIACP, MIAHIP), an accredited Supervisor (MIACP) and a leading specialist in the treatment of psychological trauma, has agreed to facilitate the above training.

Patricia works as a Somatic Trauma Therapist, Trainer, Supervisor and Consultant. For over 20 years Patricia has worked in the corporate, statutory, educational, community and voluntary sectors in Ireland and abroad and has considerable experience working in the homeless and mental health sectors where she led out on the development and implementation of a number of mental health and social care national training programmes and workshops.

Patricia is a Christian who delivers her material in a gracious, loving and compassionate manner while all the time being highly professional and well informed.
